I guess you can break it down two ways: Do you want to doing Investment Banking or Sales & Trading? (Too often people don't differentiate the two.)

If you can answer that question then I think I know what I WOULD take, given the path: For both, take Market Microstructure, better understanding of the markets is generally always a good thing.

Investment Banking (Corporate Finance): Do the Accounting: M&A - it's dull, but it goes through and it makes things make more sense for merger models.

Behavioral Finance seems somewhat related to trading (so if you want to go with that, it is probably a good choice.)

Thanks my friend,i am not very good at accounting subjects ,so it will be the hardest subject of the semester,do u think it is possible to get an excellent grade at this accounting subject? My gpa in accounting subjects is low 3.16.

Will i miss something very important if i dont take this subject?I want to know if this elective is absolutely useful in IBD or S&T,any ideas?
