Communicating no MBA requirement to headhunters
Which UMM or MF firms don’t require a MBA for promotion and how can one discover this other than stalking LinkedIn? And how does one communicate that to headhunters? Is it as simple as telling them “I prefer firms that don’t require a MBA for promotion” or is there a politically correct way to say this?
