Community College to Target School to IB

Hello,

I am currently a community college student in my sophomore year looking to transfer to a target school in the fall of 2025. My current major is business administration with a 3.8 GPA.

I have one internship experience at a consulting organization. I currently hold leadership positions at my schools finance and business club, and I am a part of the student senate and a member of the honors society. I'm trying to be as involved as a student to boost my chances of getting into target school after my time here.

If I get into a target school or even a semi-target, what would be my path when I get there. I know that if I apply as a junior, I'll be late to recruiting. Would I have to delay my graduation, or am I better off getting a different position that's not IB and then trying to lateral. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
