Those are some of the top firms in the industry. I would gladly work part-time for them for free if I was in b-school.
Ended up doing it for free but negotiated virtually unlimited access to the firm's resources for research (e.g., some but not all of: GLG calls, a subscription I wanted, travel to a conference, hired a contractor for a specialized project, etc.). For anyone interested.
Were you on the investment team? If so, could you go into what your role entailed?
Also, how did you end up getting it? I am sure conversion rates are low for FT.
