Cornell CALS Sociology and Statistics placement on Wall Street

Hi all,
I might be transferring to Cornell next year, however I would be going in majoring in Development Sociology. I wanted to do AEM but it's super competitive and now I realized that Cornell doesn't allow external transfers to do an internal transfer to AEM. My plan is to double major in Development Sociology and Biometry&Statistics and get a minor in AEM. I'm also looking to rush a business fraternity. Would a combination of these majors work well on Wall Street for IB.

if I were you, I'd find some room for a finance major/minor BC when your school offers it, you have no excuse for not taking it.

congrats on getting accepted to AEM! I want to do an internal transfer now to ILR or CAS Econ, but I'm nervous about the process and if the admissions committee will make it hard on me. I'm also worried I'll be limited in my internship opportunities after sophomore year, because I'm not in a target major....
