Student Oyster card is about 70 per month Rent will vary with location and if you are sharing an apartment or not Eating out will vary between 10 for a sandwich and a beverage to 25-30 for a more standard restaurant Home broadband: 10/15 + 12 line rental p/month One school trek in Europe +/- 300 to 500 New Iphone on contract 25-45 per month To have an idea about grocery prices go to tesco.com for example

LDNBNKRi guess all in you should budget 1.7-2k a month?

If you have to buy stuff (ie. TV or furniture) for your place it should be more than that. Also, if you have kids you better add 2k on top of that.
