Could I Transfer to a Target School?

Looking to see what my chances of transferring to a target/semi-target Spring or Fall 2024. I'm currently at NYU CAS studying Economics and Theology and finished my freshman year with a 3.82 GPA. I'm an analyst in one of the finance clubs, involved in a philosophy club, and am doing an internship at a financial consultancy right now. I did pretty good in highschool with a 1520 SAT, 3.9 GPA, school leadership, and volunteering but I think guess everyone that's applying to these schools would've done the same.

I love the people I've met here but I'd prefer a traditional college campus since I find the city campus isolating at times. Also considering to take a gap year to intern at a monastery, so might be applying to Columbia GS instead of CC.

My list for now:

Boston College

Brown

Columbia GS

Dartmouth

Georgetown

Notre Dame

Santa Clara

UChicago

Just wondering if I have a realistic chance of getting into one of these schools. Would appreciate any info from someone who has experienced transferring to one of these schools.

My friend was in the liberal arts school at NYU and finished freshman year with a 4.0. He applied to various target schools but ultimately got accepted into Northwestern, USC(Marshall), and Georgetown(McDonough). With a 1410 SAT and 3.6 cumulative GPA your high school stats are far superior. Just wanted to give you a perspective from a similar student.

Thanks for the comment. Did they transfer for a similar reason i.e. wanting a traditional campus?
