Currrent Sophmore looking to transfer to an NA university which universities should I apply to get into consulting

I currently attend Waseda University, which is the top private unviersity in japan by QS ranking but I want to transfer and work in north america for consulting firms. While at waseda they have a strong reputation and most people working at MBB or big 4 consulting firms I want to work in the north america while also getting somehwat the american college experience. If you convert my gpa rn its probably around an american 3.67 gpa and somehwat good ECs. Which universities are target universities for these firms and which ones I should apply to.
