D in Financial Accounting, how fkd am I for MBA admissions?

I am in undergrad in my third year and I had a pretty rough semester. I finished financial/into accounting with a D. I have thought about going to business school and was even going to apply to deferred 2+2 programs but I feel like my application will get thrown in the trash after they see a D in a fundamental accounting course. I have decent experience (I interned at a 10B+ hedge fund and will be interning at a solid buyside firm next summer) but I feel really discouraged about grad school prospects now. My GPA is at a 3.6 and will prob drop to a 3.4-3.5.
