Debating going back to school

I went to ASU and never finished school. I entered the mortgage industry, got promoted a couple times and started wholesaling exotic cars. After that I moved over to Merrill Lynch and was in the FADP program. While at ML I did some work with a hedge fund but I spent the bulk of my time doing PPP loans and left to become an Internal wholesaler at a PE shop. I am wondering if it would be of any benefit to go back to school, or would it be of more benefit to find courses/certs that align with the industry? I was able to get this far, but I always feel like I missed out on finishing school and the foundation to build on.
