Deferred MBA admissions chances?

Hi all, I'm in my senior year of college, and I was wondering if anyone can weigh my chances of getting into an M7 business school's deferred MBA program? Thanks!

Undergrad: Top 10 US college, Econ major, 3.6 GPA

GMAT: Haven't taken, let's say ~730 if mocks are any accurate

Internships:

ECM off-cycle + SA at top BB (with return offer); PWM off-cycle at lower BB; Regional boutique IBD SA in sophomore year; 2 congressional internships (back when I wanted to go into politics over finance); RA for business school professor

Extracurriculars: Very active. Student government + president of a club that put on a few great events, and more
