Deferred MBA Profile

I have started to explore the deferred MBA process. Would like feedback on my stats and if I have a good chance of getting into a program. Would also like to hear any insights on the application process. What schools would be a good match? Thanks.  

Stats: 

Non-Target: Senior, 3.5 GPA, Economics

Internships: CRE, Tech and IB (Will be FT at a Top BB)

Extracurriculars: Co-Founder/Vice-President of Investment Fund, President of Fraternity

Awards: Placed highly in competitive case study competitions. Multiple scholarships. 

GMAT/GRE: Expected score would be between 640-680. Waiver? 

Additional Factors: 

Personality: Very likable and well connected

Ethnicity: Black/Latino
