Deferred MBA w/ 3.5 GPA dual degree w/ no return offer

I'm interested in applying to a deferred MBA program as I'm a first-gen and I've always wanted to be the first in my family to get an MBA.

For context, I go to a T10 school getting a degree in business and mechanical engineering. I will be going to a top BB this summer. I think I'll have a shot if I get the return offer. But I wanted to ask that if I don't get my return offer, is there still a shot at a deferred MBA?

If I re-recurit for a smaller firm and go there full-time or even another full-time in another industry, will I still have a shot at deferred MBA? (I'll need a good amount of financial aid)

Thanks!
