Top healthcare groups in London are (roughly in this order):
CVP, MS, GS, Jefferies, JPM, Laz, Rothschild, BofA, Evercore, Moelis, CS, Citi, UBS, Barclays and then the rest

CVP is tiny and they didn't make 2020 top 10 for deal value or volume in Europe for Healthcare, they just get fed stuff from US team
Roths has one of the strongest and sweatiest Healthcare team in London in vol and val
GS, MS, JP, Laz, Jefferies are also solid
not comparing apples to apples.
Roths and Jeff are volume shops
CVP is generalist (70% hc, 30% others because of how small it is)
EVR - focus is on large cap pharma, biotechs and med tech; trying to grow out PE side
For BBs, would go for JPM (financing focus and some M&A), MS (med tech focus, a bit of pharma), GS (on the GSK defense right now but wasn't called for AZ Alexion)
No clue what the rest do.
