Deprioritised for wanting to do MBA
Does anyone have any insight on whether junior analysts will get poor optics for expressing their interest to leave after a couple years to do an MBA?
Had a chat with a close friend in the team a few months ago and was told that senior bankers / HR dont like it when junior analysts already planned to leave for an MBA. Sounds a tad absurd to me but what do you guys think?
Planning to start studying for the GMAT soon and dont know if I should be private about my prep / future MBA plans
