Do I need an MBA with MS Analytics?

I'm turning 24 in November and earned an MS Analytics degree from a top-notch engineering state school. I currently have an analytics consulting job at a firm a half-step below MBB (think Accenture, Deloitte, Booz Allen, etc.). If I plan on staying in analytics as applied to consulting or industry, is it really necessary to get an MBA?

My guess is that if I can get into HBS, Stan, Wharton, Chicago Booth, MIT Sloan, NW Kellogg, Columbia (maybe a couple more too) then it might be worth it. Otherwise it's not worth the investment.

What do you all think?
