Does undergrad GPA matter for MBA associate recruiting?
3.2 GPA from a state school. Worked in commercial banking and at an alt investment firm since graduating in 2021. Doing an MBA at a t30 that seems to place pretty well in IB.
Is my undergrad GPA going to screw me over? I am confident in my ability to do technicals and other questions, but im worried that my gpa from years back when I was less serious about things will block me out.
