Early CFA decision if you fail?

For those who have taken the CFA exam in June or before, do you get an email regarding a scholarship that also mentions that they send early results if you didn't pass in June?

This is the part that I'm talking about: "The $300 discount ends on Saturday, July 21 OR 3 days after you receive your June Level I Exam scores for candidates who didn't pass in June. "

That day falls on the 18th, which was yesterday. I personally haven't received any emails nor does my account show anything. It doesn't make sense because everyone who doesn't receive results will assume that they have passed, which doesn't comply with how the tests are graded. I haven't found anything by googling this. I might just be trippin but wanted to see if anyone else found this odd.
