Early MBA Recruiting Programs
Longtime lurker here -- I am a URM starting an MBA program in the fall and I'm interested in doing early recruiting for IB. I've heard that in past years JPM, Evercore, and GS have offered the option to interview in the summer for summer associate positions the following year. I have a few questions
- Are there any other BB/EB banks with similar programs that I should be aware of?
- When are the applications for these programs usually available?
- If you apply to these programs and get dinged, does that disqualify you from regular recruiting in the fall/winter of the 1st year of your MBA program?
