Failing a non-business elective

I'm on study abroad and due to a flight cancellation for a long weekend trip, missed 2 classes which puts me over the limit and automatically fails me for the class. The class (Italian Art Walks) does not count towards my GPA but will be shown as a fail on my transcript. I contacted and am waiting to hear back from academic advising at home and host universities but I don't think they'll let me make up the class and it's too late to drop. I already signed my FT offer and given that it's an art class, I doubt I need to worry about losing it but I want to consider graduate school/MBA as a future possibility. Would this have any meaningful impact on an application, especially for if applying for a top tier MBA school?
Edit: academic advising recommended withdrawal; since it's past the deadline, it'll be listed as a withdrawal-fail on transcript, but questions about impact on grad school apps still concern me
