Free Master's from Alabama or UNC Chapel Hill In-state
I'm currently a senior in high school and have two options for college:
University of Alabama: BS Mathematics, BS Finance, MA Mathematics (or Finance)
Full-Ride Scholarship
OR
UNC-Chapel Hill: BS Mathematics, BSBA Business Administration
Auto-admission to Kenan-Flagler
~30k/year (in-state)
I'm looking for really any solid role, quantitative role in finance. Is Alabama even worth considering? Does an MA in Math have any value beyond a BS from Chapel Hill? Would appreciate any thoughts.
