Full-Time MBA in Finance

I am a second year undergraduate majoring in Accounting & Finance and I am aiming for an international career.

I have a plan to study my masters degree abroad. Currently studying in Finland (where education is basically free) I was wondering that is it worth to study Full-time MBA in US?

How about MBA in somewhere in Europe? When is it smart to run for MBA in US and not in Europe? Only if accepted to IVY?

Thank you in advance :)
