Future is looking dim

So I'm making these final rounds at BBs, thinking my future is bright, and bam rejection. I'm also failing at case interviews and consulting internships are limited so MBB is out of reach as well.

Now I'm getting worried - only couple interviews left. What do I do if I don't end up with an offer? How hard is it to get a boutique internship, and how does one go about getting one? I'm assuming its harder to go from a boutique intern to BB FT than it is to get SA... so if I can't even get one now, how will I ever get it next year?

Is top 5 b-school pretty much out of reach? I'm not looking for "anything is possible" but rather how to maximize the probability of getting in without bein a BB analyst or MBB... of course everyones heard of the UPS mailman who got into Harvard...

Not at all... Just do something productive this summer and you should have no problem getting BB FT superdays (assuming since you got them for SA). Just brush up on your iview skills. M&I/WSO guides have 50x more than what you need to know so reviewing either of those should lock you in for FT
