GMAT

Hi guys,

I’m a second year Finance student in a small university in Europe. My question is, do you think that it would be a good move to complete either GMAT or GRE? Do you think that it would give advantage for the first ”real” jobs?

My future plan is to study abroad (maybe US/UK) and I aim for an international career. It means that with big possibility I would take the test anyway at some point. I have a relatively good GPA of 3,72/4 but my uni is not well-known and I don’t have any experience in my field.

Is it worth to invest ~300 for the test?

have you considered sitting for the first level of the CFA? It's a pain in the ass , but people will care that you have it for tour whole career.

The only difference between Asset Management and Investment Research is assets. I generally see somebody I know on TV on Bloomberg/CNBC etc. once or twice a week. This sounds cool, until I remind myself that I see somebody I know on ESPN five days a week.
