GMAT for Georgetown MSRE
Did anyone take the GMAT to get into this program? I see that the GMAT is optional and would rather not dump 300 hours into this. But I will if necessary.

No, but you may not need a very high GMAT. Its a masters rather than T5 MBA + you have the advantage of being in RE already.
If you’re a native english speaker, you’ll get ~650 without prep. Ironically, it gets harder to get a higher english score if you are a native speaker.
Just did some research and the website states "Georgetown University's School of Continuing Studies does not require nor review GRE or GMAT test scores for admission to our master's degree or graduate certificate programs."

Did you apply for the masters in global real assets? Are you doing full-time or online for the MSRE?
