GMAT - Sharing results with schools

Hello everyone,

Since I have extra time now due to lockdown and WFH I am preparing the GMAT with hopes of taking the exam in early September. However, I do not intend to enroll in business school at least until 2022/2023 due to lack of experience.

I understand that the exam lasts for 5 years, however when you take it you can send your results to five schools. Should I send the results to the schools I intend to enroll in 3 years time? Or should I pay the extra fee to send the results the year I intend to enroll? (I already know the schools I will target)

Can I tell the school "hey I shared my results with you 3 years ago"? Is that possible?

Thanks!
