Good INTL versus decent domestic school

I'm waiting on my first choice, NYU, but I'm struggling to decide between two other very different schools.

I was accepted to IE in Madrid (Globally ranked 12 by FT, just under Northwestern) and Georgetown. IE is obviously ranked higher, cheaper, and only a year long. Georgetown is located in the general geographic location I'm looking for, and perhaps has better brand recognition in America (?).

My goal is to work in a management consultancy in the DC, NYC, Boston area. Which one would you choose?

Thanks for your thoughts guys.
