Harvard PLD

With a computer science degree and 5 years of work experience (2 of which in junior management level), I'm prepared to make a move toward a major objective.

First let me state my objective: To sharpen my execution skills and improve my delivery capacity where I ultimately can achieve my bold objectives in the healthcare area (my primary area of interest).

I've got some decent skills (analytical, problem solving, communication, knowledge mining) but I lack, majorly, in delivery and execution (working on it).

Question is, and assuming my profile won't be an issue in admission, will Harvard's PLD program help? MBA is an option and I'm prepared to submit my application (730 in GMAT), but I've got some major projects coming up and timing is a huge factor.
