Has anyone accepted Kellogg Future Leaders and later applied to H/S/W?

Was accepted into Future Leaders; noticed the KFL agreement says that by accepting you're committing to attend Kellogg and that admission may be revoked if you "apply or commit to another degree program without permission from Kellogg."

Has anyone here actually requested permission to apply elsewhere, especially to H/S/W? Did Kellogg grant it? Is this clause enforced in practice? Or did you decline an offer?
