On a slightly related note, there's absolutely nothing more painful than HBS' "fill in the blank" posts on Twitter. The replies actually make me want to kill myself.

Um, why would stupid twitter posts elicit such strong emotion from you?

Have you read the responses? They're usually nothing but ridiculous business-speak ("synergistic," etc.) mixed with awkward ass kissing of the HBS brand, and it seems like the HBS Twitter admin must get off on the entire thing. They're horrifying.

I have quite a few good friends from undergrad who are at HBS now, and although it's obviously a great school, the culture there is nauseating and takes douchebaggery to a level previously unknown. The social life is ok but overhyped by like the 20% of the student body who go out constantly. Not to mention the fact that a lot of them aren't that impressive and got in due to various demographic targeting by adcom.
