Help me choose my options for MSc Management/Real Estate - UK Careers

Hi all,

Would appreciate any thoughts on which of the bottom options you would take in my position with cost taken into account. UK citizen and UK Gov post-grad loan will cover first £13.2k of the course I choose.

Looking to get into the commercial side of oil/gas/energy work or the financing side of these types of projects at banks (perhaps corporate banking, commercial banking or some type of project finance).

For Real Estate it would be real estate asset management, brokerage or PE. FYI have just under two years experience working in capital markets policy work and couple internships at financial comms firms. 2:1 from a decent Russell Group uni in International Relations. Could probably get into LSE, Imperial, UCL etc but cost is a big factor and they are too expensive.

Will need to make final decision by end of this week and pay deposit. Thank you in advance.
