help me decide between UMICH Ross Preadmit or Georgetown MSB

The one question I am asking is will not going to ross be a huge disadvantage. The Cost of Attendance for me at umich ross is 25k a year and Georgetown is free since I'm a low-income student. I'm currently split because I heard ross will allow  be to have more flexibility in job placement. I'm interested in buy-side or pe and maybe investment banking
