How are Business Schools in the UK and Europe doing in terms of Placement?

I am considering applying to the LBS MiF and have been speaking with many current LBS students and recent graduates (MBAs, MiFs, MFAs). They’ve told me that recruiting has been very difficult over the past two years, to the point where even the top performers in their classes have only managed to secure one internship, with no full-time offer afterwards.

Is there an issue with the UK job market? Or is this specific to LBS? Are other business schools facing the same challenges?

And what about other top business schools in Europe? How are they doing in terms of placements? Are people managing to land internships or full-time roles in target positions (IB, PE, AM, MBB)?
