How can I get past a 3.4 first semester at an Ivy League after transferring with a 4.0 from a top 20 school

Title says it all, looking to recruit IB/financial services for my junior summer. I have 4 internships under my belt including a bulge and a boutique IB shop. Only problem is after I transferred to an Ivy my sophomore first semester gpa dropped but I had a 4.0 at my old school which is a t20. Is there any shot I can make it past screeners if I list both? Can I maybe combine gpas?
