How Do I Tackle the GMAT? Need Tips/Advice for 2 month Prep

I recently decided I’d like to do a Master in Finance program at a top school and the programs I would like to apply to close their final application rounds in early May.

All these programs require a GMAT score of about 650+.

To help me prep:
• I recently purchased the official GMAT guide, along with the two other books that come with
• Purchased Manhattan Prep’s On Demand Indirect for GMAT course.
• I plan to study from 6 PM - 10:30 PM on weekdays and 9 AM-1 PM on weekends.

Given that I should take the exam around April 15-20, I only have 60 days to study.

I wanted to here and ask how I should best start my GMAT journey and how I should approach studying for the exam to ensure I get a score of 650+ on my first try.

I look forward to all your advice/tips!

Thanks so much!

Hey man,

I'm about to get on the same GMAT study schedule. I tried taking the GMAT for the first time over the summer with a month of solid prep and did pretty bad. However, since I already studied for it once, I'm using the OG guide and the two books like the ones you got. Definitely got to make an error log and I watch gmatquantum.com videos for quant problems. I also use GMAT club as well for more quant advice. PM me if you got any other questions!
