How is my profile for a top MBA?

I took the online GMAT after a month of studying every day and got a 720 (Q46, V42). I'm mainly aiming for Wharton, Stanford, and Harvard. Should I retake it? Seems on the lower end of possible scores I could have gotten, considering my history:
GMAT Prep Test #1: 710 (Q47, V41)
GMAT Prep Test #2: 730 (Q48, V42)
GMAT Prep Test #3: 760 (Q49, V46)
GMAT Prep Test #4: 740 (Q48, V43)
MGMAT #1: 710 (Q47, V38)
The thing is, I've never gotten a Q46 before in any of my practice tests. I'm not sure what happened during the real test, but I felt like it kept testing my weak areas, more so than during the practices. I'm reasonably confident my verbal score is stable. I'm naturally much better at English than math. What are my current odds of getting into a top MBA program?

More on my profile:
Asian Female
MBB consultant as first job post-undergrad in the largest city in my country
Previous internships in IB at a top BB and in PE
Leadership experiences in societies at my college
Top business undergrad in my country (international, English-speaking) with a 3.93 GPA
Main motivation for an MBA: entrepreneurship and building my network

Am I in the underrepresented cohort (as a female) or overrepresented (as a consultant and Asian)? Though my work experiences and academics are fairly solid, I do think I come from a more vanilla business background and have a less compelling story, so I'm somewhat concerned about my 720 GMAT. But would it be offset by my high GPA? Since I'm working long hours, I'd rather not take the exam again if I can still get interviews with my current score. Some online sources say a "good" score would be 750+, but I'm not sure if they're just using the fear tactic. Is it even worth sending my GMAT score to Stanford, for example, if their average is 740? Would really appreciate some advice, thanks!
