How many years of Consulting

How many years of management consulting at M/B/B would i have to do to get enough work experience so i can get into a top business school like Kellogg or UChicago.

This is assuming i have a 3.7+, 750+ GMAT, and active in clubs during undergrad.

Around 2 - 3 years upon matriculation, and you should be competitive, although some consultants will do a year or so in corp dev or some industry job after that before applying.
