How screwed am I at UMBC in FIEC for High Finance and MBB Consulting? Should I try to transfer to UMD Smith?

Right now I am an incoming CMSC major at UMBC with 22 DE/AP credits and 7 summer credits planes (MATH151 and some social science). Considering switching over to finance; I know FAANG will usually at least consider interviewing non-targets and semi-targets, same with JS, I think? From what I know, Finance is more prestige oriented, as is MBB. Is UMD Smith much better for that? Should I try to transfer? What should I know about transferring? If I stay at UMBC, how do I give myself a chance in finance/consulting? Is the ROI on a transfer to T25 worth it here, assuming I can even get in?
