How to approach off-cycle recruitment?
Didn't have much luck with on cycle recruitment for summer 2025 and haven't received any invites for fall 2024 so far. What should I be looking to do to increase my chances, coming from a school with very little alumni in the industry
Some information on your profile would be helpful. GPA? ECs/Case Comps/Experiences? Hard to give advice without knowing what you have already done

Only things I can seem to think are improving GPA and networking outside your school heavily
