How to get a competitive CV for HBS 2+2

Hello everyone!

I am currently an undergrad studying Management with Finance at one of the top five Business Schools in Europe.
I am already looking ahead for my Master’s and would love to go to the US. I still have some time but I plan to apply to the Ivy and top non-Ivy deferred entry MBAs as well as to the top MSc Finance programs. Before the MBA I am looking to work in a FinTech position at a big bank, given my years of experience in Python and R. My dream job would be to work at BlackRock in the Aladdin division (not as a programmer, but rather in a managerial role), given my studies in management and finance and my experience in programming.
I have not yet taken the GMAT, but so far my academic performance seems to be competitive. What I am more worried about is extracurriculars.
I have founded a rather successful technology start-up that develops all kinds of indie mobile apps, software in general and physical devices. I have also coded a surprisingly successful semi-automated portfolio software. Furthermore, I am starting the Duke of Edinburgh Award soon and hope to reach Gold before or shortly after my graduation.

Still, I feel that all that is a very traditional path. What extracurriculars can I do to really have my résumé stand out in an application?
Especially in terms of leadership?

Thank you guys in advance for your advice.
