How to get in H/S MBA

Currently in undergrad but headed to a top banking group on graduation. I'm thinking about B-School after ~4 years but it seems really competitive; the pool of 2+2 IB/PE white guys with high GPAs and test scores is pretty deep.

Should I start something now to be an interesting B-School applicant in 4-5 years? It seems like I won't have a lot of time to do extracurriculars once I start working, but maybe if I start a charity now then I'll be more competitive down the road.
