How to get started if you live in a small town

In my town, there is only one cc unless you want to travel up to a 1 to 2 hours to get to a another school. The one school in my town only has business administration. There are no major banks or internships around here, so how would I get my foot inside the door? How do I start networking if there is nothing to network with?

1) be smart 2) get good grades (straight A) in school, in all your classes 3) apply to a major university 4) if you have good grades and a high SAT score, then you can get a scholarship to attend that major university from #3 5) attend university, and major in a useful subject (something in STEM) 6) get good grades in university 7) get a good job in a city and live your life

just google it...you're welcome
