How to spin I-Banking full time job in 2+2/GSB application?
For college seniors like me who are going into finance full time for two years, what are some ways to make an application to HBS's 2+2 or Stanford's deferred GSB program attractive and suitable enough for admissions? I don't intend on doing banking for more than two years but it's definitely a great experience for students fresh out of college. Should we mainly talk about the career paths we wish we could pursue (entrepreneurship, start-ups, etc.)?
Isn't 2+2 for people who aren't already in the field of business...?
