How well do Penn State, Rutgers, Wisconsin place really

Have heard IU has the IBW but I recently got accepted without their business school  so looking at Lehigh, Rutgers, Penn State, Wisconsin and Maryland

Is it an extreme challenge to get IB or ST from these schools or does anyone have info on how many each university places and the number of people who try for these roles

out of those probably psu or rutgers but all will be uphill. go where you feel most comfortable and can afford because the difference out of those is marginal unless you get into the Nittany Lion Fund which would be a gamble in itself
