I am a 19 year old freshman at Bryant university 3.7 how I do to get an IB internship?

Hello, I am looking for advice on what I should do to have a chance at obtaining an internship as I go to a nontarget and I have an alright GPA 3.7 (a grade correct to 3.79 is possible). What should I do to find an internship for IB when there is no tract or recruitment from my school? My work experience -Operations Associate at a car dealer and estimated bids based using different metrics/handled hundreds of thousands of dollars daily for transactions deposits/ managed all payments for the company communicating through email, phone and in person. Additionally, I have a lot of leadership experience in highschool but need some way to use this to get a internship. What advice can you give me? Thanks

You need to transfer. I used to go to a no name college as well. It simply goes from unlikely to very possible when you transfer to a high ranked school.

And I'm saying this because theres a difference between a non target and a non target that people you network with will have never heard of. I used to go to the latter.
