IB Recruiting for British Offices as British Citizen at American School

Rising sophomore at HYPW. Have a pretty good understanding of US recruitment timeline from my finance clubs, but wondering about recruitment at UK banks and whether it’d be worthwhile/how it’d be a different than US recruitment. Assuming I don’t need a work visa or anything, would I be at a disadvantage based on my position outside of the UK? Any advice appreciated

Wait for others to say how the UK recruitment cycle is structured, how long you have to be there, and the rest.

I don't think it would be a problem as long as you don't mention your location. Just say you live in London.
