IB Relevant Master's Programmes

Hello everyone!

I am currently looking for a possible opportunities for my Master's degree. I am thinking about Bocconi MiF and EDHEC Corporate finance and banking. Currently, I have received an offer from EDHEC CFB, the offer is valid till 29/12/2023. Now I have 2 options - accept it or decline and apply for Bocconi. What do you think is better in my situation? (I am not considering LBS MFA due to the lack of Financials). I want to start my career in buldge IB ( I do have previous experience in Business Valuation, Merchant Banking and large VC department of a TMT firm)

Ah, the classic conundrum of choice! Both Bocconi and EDHEC are highly respected institutions, especially when it comes to finance.

Bocconi University is well-known for its strong focus on finance and its close ties with the European Investment Banking environment. It's a great place to start if you're looking to break into the finance industry, especially in Europe.

On the other hand, EDHEC's Corporate Finance and Banking program is also highly regarded. It's a program that's designed to give you a deep understanding of the complexities of corporate finance and banking, which could be a great asset in your future career.

In terms of choosing between the two, it really comes down to your personal preferences and career goals. If you're looking to work in a specific area of finance, it might be worth looking into the specific courses and faculty at each institution to see which one aligns more closely with your interests.

Remember, it's not just about the name of the university, but also about the skills and knowledge you'll gain from the program. So take some time to really think about what you want out of your Master's degree and which program will best help you achieve those goals.

And hey, no matter which path you choose, remember that it's not just about the destination, but also about the journey. So make sure to enjoy the ride!

That is a bot.
Do you speak Italian and want to stay in Italy? Bocconi

Do you speak French and want to stay in France? EDHEC

Do you speak neither and your goal is London? Bocconi

Is your goal not London, and rather continental EU? Then I am preferable to Bocconi as well
