Imperial MSc Finance and Accounting vs MSc Finance

Hi,

I applied to Imperial for the MSc Finance. I didn't get it but I was given an offer for the MSc Finance and Accounting course.

From what I have read, the MSc Finance course is fairly well regarded. But is the MSc Finance and Accounting course?

I just finished my third year at semi-target in UK. I am predicted a first.

I did very well in my January exams (averaged 83) and applied after getting my results. I didn't do the GMAT. I applied quite late and thought I would run out of time and wouldn't be able to manage doing it alongside my degree.

I am an atypical candidate. I had medical problems so I took two years out after my second year and have no internships. But I have done well academically. I'm not entirely sure what to do so I just thought about applying to do an MSc to keep options open.

The UK has rolling admissions for most programs I've seen, which means first come first serve. You seem to have been a good candidate, applying late probably led to you not getting an offer from LSE/ICL MSc Finance.
