Including family surname in work experience on CV?

One of the law firms my family owns at which I've interned is named '(Family surname) and Partners'. When adding this to my CV, should I use the full name of the law firm or simply refer to it as 'Law Firm'? I'm concerned about appearing privileged and would prefer to avoid any misconceptions about my background, however, I know it's important to give good detail when it comes to work experience.

It seems like it would be quite odd to hide the name of the firm...I see what you're saying but that just seems out of step with professional norms, so I'd leave it on
