International applicant here, how should I position myself for an MBA from the top-15 schools?

Age : 25
Country : India
Education : Computer Engineer from a Top 15 engineering school here (Not IIT)
GPA : Can't convert my score properly but less than 3.
GMAT : 770

Work ex : 1 year as a software engineer at a well known firm, work was all back office crap.
Worked on a startup next for nearly 3 years, flamed out due to incorrect approach to the market.

Now I have 2 job offers

Offer 1 : Software engineering position at very well known, very well paying ecommerce firm. Work quality is high.

Offer 2 : Product management position at a much smaller firm. Was founded in 2008-09, not growing explosively or anything. It is funded by known players, but the company itself isn't well known at all. Compensation will probably be lower. I am trying to get more info in the work quality.

Ultimate goal : Venture Capital or some sort of strategic/product manager type position at a great firm.
